Submitting a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, contact your Kovax dealer. A warranty claim must be submitted within the warranty period and as soon as possible from the point in time when the defect or problem has been detected.

Warranty registration stopped as of April 1st 2025

From April 1st, registration of Kovax machines for one extra year of warranty has been discontinued. Contact your nearest Kovax dealer for any questions about this.
