For the International Sales department at Kovax we are looking for an International Sales Support Employee who not only supports our partners, but also plays a crucial role in our purchasing process. Together with the International Sales Manager you will ensure that European partners are optimally supported.

What will you do?
While your colleagues are busy talking to customers, there are opportunities for you to make a difference behind the scenes. In this versatile position, you will have a central role in our supply chain. This does not involve traditional order management for customers, but strategic purchasing from the parent company and third-party suppliers to ensure optimal stock levels. A role in which you can have a real impact on the growth of these 50 European partners.
As an International Sales Support employee you will include:
- Communicate with European partners about ongoing projects;
- Coordinate and monitor action points for the internal organization using our internal project management system;
- Ensure that client systems are kept up to date, and track development through smart reporting;
- Planning and monitoring purchase orders to ensure stable product availability;
- Identify deviations in delivery times, inventory levels or forecast and act on them proactively;
- Manage and monitor inventory levels in the warehouse and ensure that the warehouse remains well organized so that partners can be delivered on time;
- Coordinate transport and logistical handling of purchase orders;
Who are you?
Job Requirements
You are someone who keeps an overview, sees opportunities and gets to work with energy. Furthermore, you have:
- A completed MBO or HBO education
- An international mindset: You feel at home in an international work environment and can communicate in both Dutch and English and German is an advantage.
- Experience in a similar position.
- Energetic and proactive work attitude: You have an enthusiastic and proactive attitude that inspires both your team and the rest of the organization.
- Analytical ability: you can identify, analyze and make timely adjustments in case of deviations in planning or stock.
- Commercial sense: you see which matters have priority and like to take responsibility.
