Our working environment is dynamic and stimulating. There is always room for a laugh, but we work hard and that creates a good balance. I also find this balance in the flexible working hours and the possibility to work from home, which is hugely important for me as a young father.
Kovax offers excellent opportunities for professional growth through various training and courses. They also take good care of our well-being; for example, there is a gym where we can work out during working hours and a physiotherapist is available regularly.
One of the highlights of my time here was organising a digital event (Kovax Digital) during corona period. It was a great success and made me proud to be part of this team.
